Response Times

We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day. Critical issues raised by existing clients under active agreements are prioritised.

How to Get the Best Support

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your support request:

  • Product or project name — which application or service is affected.
  • Description of the issue — what you expected to happen versus what actually occurred.
  • Steps to reproduce — a step-by-step explanation of how to reproduce the problem.
  • Device and operating system — for mobile issues, include the device model and OS version.
  • Screenshots or error messages — any relevant visual evidence or error output.

Support Hours

Our team operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 GMT. We are closed on UK public holidays. Enquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next working day.

Bug Reports

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or a reproducible bug in any Redrip Solutions product, please email us directly at sam@redripsolutions.com with the subject line "Bug Report". We take all reports seriously and will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
